Faith Lemire-Baeten

Owner & Educator

With experience as a tasting room manager for an internationally distributed winery and as an award-winning wine director, Faith takes an accessible, educational, and entertaining approach to wine. She has her WSET III with Merit, as well as four years of both local and international wine experience. Faith takes wine seriously, without the snobbery.

Faith grew up in California wine country and was taught by her parents to support and drink local wine. When Faith moved to Southern California to pursue her engineering degree, she missed the rolling hills of vines, and assured herself that she’d get into the wine industry when she retired one day. After completing her degree and working in manufacturing and logistics for four years, Faith joined her now-husband in Southern Oregon, where the vineyards beckoned once again. After little deliberation, she joined a local tasting room team and never looked back. At Latitude Wine Tours, Faith combines her intensive international wine experience with her love of local wine to create a one-of-a-kind tour experience for locals and tourists alike.
